Providence (n.) – meaning fate, chance, external circumstances, outside influence, and divine intervention.

When James Rahal was searching for the right name, he looked back at his life and the circumstances that brought him to where he is
right now.

He thought about how he injured his knee playing football at the University of Georgia, which enabled him to study the field of accounting. He also thought about his family life, when his parents divorced during his adolescence and the independence he gained from it. And recently when his mother, Pamela M. Rahal, passed away with Cancer.

Before she passed she told him to never let anyone discourage you and always follow what is in your heart and that is that is when he remembered the word and meaning of Providence and that is when he decided that no other word with any other meaning could possibly be more perfect.
